Food4Hope is Southeast Nebraska's food hub and is rooted in community and powered by purpose. We champion local, made-from-scratch food-aggregated from small farmers and producers, then prepared in our commercial kitchen. Through our Fresh2You delivery program, we bring ready-to-eat meals directly to homes, creating a direct pipeline between farmers and families.

In 2025, we launched the Beatrice Saturday Farmers Market in response to community demand and have created a vibrant, neighborhood marketplace with an impressive list of satisfied vendors and happy consumers! 2025 was also the second annual " Local Palooza"-a farm-to-table free concert series that blends food, music, and art to celebrate everything local. Our work reflects our core values of sustainability, stewardship, and education.

This year, our Big Give Gage campaign aims to raise $30,000 to build a geothermal greenhouse-a year-round growing space that aligns with our mission. It will extend the local food season, support small producers, and create hands-on educational opportunities for the community.
