About Our Organization

Cottonwood Hospice Charitable Foundation is a 501(c)3 founded after noticing a need for additional support terminally ill patients while on hospice service. Our mission to celebrate, educate, and advocate for hospice patients and families in Southeast Nebraska.

Current Project: Patient Wish Fund

These funds will go towards our Patient Wish Fund. Your donations will be used to bring last wishes to life for terminally ill patients in Gage County. Whether it's to coordinate and fund transport to go horseback riding, or for a last set of family pictures to be taken, these funds make last wishes come true for local hospice patients.
