Fundraiser Story
This year marks 10 years of advocacy and impact in our community, and we're celebrating with purpose.
As part of our "A Decade of Advocacy" milestone, we are aiming to raise $2,500 to meet the everyday needs of children and families involved in the child welfare system.
At CASA of Gage County, the needs of the children we serve are unique and often urgent. Sometimes it's a hotel stay during a difficult transition, or help with a deposit for a first apartment. Other times, it's assistance with obtaining a birth certificate, paying for a driver's test, gas money for a medical appointment, or providing a warm winter coat.
These are simple needs-but their impact is profound. And they're often not covered by traditional funding sources.
Since 2019, CASA of Gage County has served over 100 families. Remarkably, none of the children with a CASA advocate who completed their case have re-entered the court system. That's the power of consistent advocacy-and the strength of community support like yours.
Your gift today helps us meet these real needs and create real change.
Thank you for standing with CASA and the children who need us most.
