This is the Giving Tree, a living tribute nurtured by the Cottonwood Hospice Charitable Foundation. Each leaf added to its branches represents a gift-a donation made in honor of a life well lived, a caregiver's kindness, or a volunteer's quiet strength.

The Foundation exists to ensure that no patient faces the end of life without comfort, dignity, and connection. Each donation for a leaf is more than a just donation-it's a promise. A promise that someone will be remembered; that comfort will be extended, and that love will continue to grow.
