My name is Marcia Link, and I was the first woman to complete the Sheepgate Women’s Center program. My childhood was marked by sexual abuse and a pregnancy at 17. My son was born with severe cerebral palsy and passed away at age 9, pushing me into depression and addiction. After 2 failed marriages , and losing custody of my daughters, I was given the choice to either come to Sheepgate or be homeless. Since coming to Sheepgate, I have been walking in freedom from alcohol for 5 years, and for the past 3 years I’ve had the privilege of serving on staff at Sheepgate, helping other women find the same freedom I’ve experienced. Today, I live with joy and peace I never thought possible, and God has restored my relationships with my daughters and family. My life has been changed by the power of Jesus. This is why I am so passionate about Sheepgate. I know firsthand the hope and transformation that happens here. That’s why I’m asking you to join me during Big Give Gage- to help the hurting.

Sheepgate Women's Center exists to be a catalyst to help women make a 180-degree life change. This is accomplished through our faith-based approach to holistic healing.
