My life is what is it because of this incredible organization. 8 years ago, I was living in the belief that I was better off dead. I was in and out psychiatric wards being told I would never be a functioning human being and that I was a prime candidate for life time disability. I was on a long list of medications, and suffering from a "personality disorder", "depression" and "anxiety". I struggled with self-hatred, rejection and abandonment from my adoption. I lived cloaked and COVERED in shame, shame that kept me from be able to face my past mistakes and all my shortcomings. My mistakes had become my identity and who I thought I truly was. BUT GOD. Today I am a thriving single mom, cover by the blood and grace of Jesus. My kids are living lives that are extraordinary and it's not because of me; it was because of my surrender to Jesus. I would not be here if it wasn't because of this place. Please give and further God's Kingdom.
