The Beatrice Public Library Foundation allows the Beatrice Public Library to think outside of its normal day to day budget as it tries to creatively implement its mission. Past support from the Foundation has included purchasing unique databases for the public to use, financial support for library programs open to the public, and financial support towards larger library projects such as the basement remodel. The foundation is currently helping support the design and implementation of an outdoor classroom to help expand the creative reach of the library and the individuals that use it.
