Mosaic is a whole-person healthcare organization reaching across 12 states with national support to ensure quality and provide innovation in services. We are the largest faith based organization which supports people with disabilities. Nationally, Mosaic supports around 5,000 people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and other diverse needs. Locally, we support 77 people to live their best lives and grow with friends and family along the way.
